Our domiciliary care background means we have a genuine understanding of meeting the requirements of service users, Social Services, PCT’s, CQC, etc whilst recruiting and training staff of sufficient calibre to meet those requirements.
We have also put our money where our mouths are!
We have recruited a number of our own domiciliary carers from Eastern Europe, adapting our training procedures accordingly, arranging accommodation for them and generally following our own advice as detailed in the UK Employer’s Guide available as a free download from this website.
We are pleased to report that our Eastern European carers have certainly provided an effective solution to our own recruitment difficulties and now form a key component in our plans for growth.
Our management team have travelled extensively throughout Eastern, Central and Western Europe over a 13 year period and we are confident that we have a good understanding of the peoples and cultures concerned.
We have also built up extensive contacts throughout the area, through which we have gained a local awareness and credibility which enables us to attract the best quality candidates.
